It is recommened to take 1 serving (19 g) of ESN CRANK Pre Workout Booster per day, which should be consumed before training.
Direction
Take 1 serving per day, before workout. Mix 1 scoop (included, equivalent to 19 g of powder) with 500 ml of water and shake it. Tip: Take our ESN shaker and fill it with 500 ml of water, then add 19 g ESN CRANK, equivalent to 1 scoop, close the shaker and shake the content for a for a few seconds, then let it "soak in" for about 30 seconds and shake it again for a few seconds, then consume immediately.
Note Contains caffeine (200 mg per serving). Not suggested for use by children, or women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or whoare breastfeeding. Should not be consumed by people with high blood pressure and in combination with alcohol and/or medications. Not for people who have suffered a heart attack and/or are taking medication to lower blood pressure. Not recommended for people who are on a low protein diet, or have kidney or liver disease. This product is intended only for adults who engage in intense physical activity. If in doubt, consult your physician.
