Consume 1 serving of ESN Nitro BCAA per day, before, during, or after workout. During workout, BCAAs are very popular as a quick energy booster. Nitro BCAA is also very delicious as a tasty drink in between workouts.
Direction
Nitro BCAA with flavor: Mix 1 serving per day = 13 g in approx. 500 ml water. Use one scoop.
Nitro BCAA Natural: Mix 1 serving per day = 10 g in approx. 500 ml water or mild fruit juice. Use 3/4 scoop. Note on "Taste Natural": natural BCAAs taste typically slightly bitter.
Use a shaker, such as the ESN Shaker. By shaking the powder dissolves completely and the BCAA drink becomes "crystal clear". Please shake gently. Consumption is particularly recommended before, during or after training. On non-training days, take one serving in the morning after getting up.
