Strawberry sponge cake

Beat the eggs and hot water until foamy.
Sift in the erythritol and continue beating the egg mixture for one to two minutes.
For the extra protein, mix the flour and Designer Whey Protein in a bowl.
Sift whey-protein-flour mixture over egg mixture and fold in loosely with a whisk.
Pour the mixture in pancake form on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 200 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Turn the pastry out onto a clean cloth and peel off the baking paper.
For the filling, mix the Skyr with Flav'n Tasty.
Layer the pastry, skyr filling and fresh strawberries until you have a delicious cake.
Top with powdered sugar.
