Vegan chocolate peanut bars
There are many chocolate bars on the market, but unfortunately most of them are not vegan and do not contain any protein. But that's why you have to give up candy bars? - Absolutely not! Simply conjure up your own with crunchy peanuts. Our recipe makes 15 bars of 50 grams each - perfect for on the go or for sharing. Just the way you like it!
80 g melting flakes
30 g Vegan Designer Protein Hazelnut Nougat
100 g peanut butter
200 ml plant milk
200 g pitted dates
50 g salted peanuts
100 g vegan chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Place the melting flakes, Vegan Designer Protein, 100 ml plant milk and peanut butter in a bowl and knead into a dough.
Spread the dough as the first layer on the bottom of a baking dish and set aside.
For the second layer, puree the dates with 100 ml of vegetable milk in a blender and then spread over the first layer.
Add salted peanuts on top.
For the third layer, melt the chocolate and coconut oil. Then pour on top.
Chill the mixture and cut into 15 equal-sized bars as soon as it hardens.
