How exactly can I take Isoclear Vegan?
Mix 35 g Isoclear® Vegan (measuring spoon inside) with 500 ml cold water in a shaker. Then let it rest for 1-2 minutes - preferably in the fridge for maximum refreshment. It is recommended to consume up to three servings of 35 g per day, e.g. after getting up, after training or even during, as a protein-rich refreshing drink. Daily 1.5 g to 2 g protein per kg body weight is recommended for optimal muscle building or maintenance.
