Crispy Chicken Nuggets
Chicken lovers take note! Breaded chicken nuggets don't always have to be unhealthy. If you follow our recipe, your nuggets will be extra crispy and even give you extra protein than the chicken meat alone.
100 g chicken breast
30 g flour
30 g Designer Whey Protein neutral
75 g sugar free Cornflakes
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees convection.
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Mix flour and Designer Whey Protein and season to taste (e.g. with salt, pepper, garlic, etc.).
Whisk the egg in a bowl.
Crumble the cornflakes and put them in a third bowl.
Roll the chicken breast pieces first in the Designer Whey Protein Flour mixture, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the crumbled cornflakes.
Place the nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place in oven at 160 degrees convection for 15 to 20 minutes.
