Our spray contains the natural hormone melatonin, which tells the body when it is time to sleep. When it is getting dark, melatonin is naturally produced by the body under optimal conditions. Melatonin works differently than sedating sleeping pills - it acts solely as an information carrier so that your body relaxes and you find your way to sleep. Melatonin does not numb you like common sleeping pills.

Thanks to vitamin B6 added, you will feel fit every morning if you have taken the melatonin spray in the evening, because vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of fatigue after getting up.⁵ Vitamin B6 takes over other tasks in your body - so it supports, among other things, the normal function of your nervous system⁶, your immune system⁷ and your energy metabolism⁸.
