200 g Skyr
200 g Spelt flour
50 g Designer Whey Protein Neutral
1 sachet baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Crack the eggs and mix with the skyr in a bowl with a whisk.
Add the spelt flour, Designer Whey Protein, baking powder and salt and mix to a dough.
Form the dough into 8 rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
