Review Guidelines

How our product reviews are created and checked

Product reviews may only be submitted by people who have purchased the product on esn.com and used it themselves. Reviews are only possible via a personal invitation email sent 12 days after purchase to the email address provided at the time of purchase. A review can only be left in connection with this e-mail. There is no further verification of authenticity.

We appreciate your feedback. To make sure your review is published and helpful to other customers, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Relevant Content

Please only rate the product that you have ordered and used yourself. Please don’t include feedback about shipping, payment, delivery times, customer service, marketing, or our athletes—these fall outside the scope of product reviews and will not be published.

  1. Language and Tone

Reviews must be factual, respectful, and free of offensive or extreme wording.
Reviews containing personal attacks, unobjective criticism, or inappropriate language will be rejected.

  1. Prohibited Topics and Terms

Statements about health effects or medical conditions are not allowed.

This includes content such as:

  • Health claims, medical conditions, blood values, symptoms, weight loss, satiety.
  • Words like: weight loss, weight, healthy, sick, doctor, digestion, high blood pressure, fat burning, hunger, cravings, diet, losing kilos, fasting, etc.

Such statements violate legal advertising regulations for food and supplements and will lead to your review being rejected.

  1. Advertising and multiple ratings

Multiple reviews by the same person for the same product as well as advertising content, external links or commercial statements are not permitted. Our system automatically recognises and filters multiple reviews by the same person for the same product. The term ‘advertising’ refers in particular to content that advertises another product, brand or shop. Reviews that look like advertising or spam will be removed.

  1.  Legal Compliance

Reviews must not violate applicable laws, including:

  • Consumer protection laws (e.g., no misleading statements)
  • Food and advertising law (e.g., no health-related claims)
  • Competition law (e.g., no unsubstantiated claims like "best brand in Germany" or comparative claims without objective basis)
