Sleep tight, every night

Good sleep is often underestimated - and therefore neglected. However, it is of great importance for health, because important bodily processes take place during the night. But sleeping well is often easier said than done. Until now: With our Melatonin Night Spray you can support your sleep: It helps you to fall asleep faster 1 so that you can wake up feeling fit and refreshed.

Effective combination for the night

Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and to alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag. 2

In Melatonin Night Spray it is supplemented with vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and energy metabolism. 3

A spray of 0.5 mg of melatonin makes it easy to dose the 1 mg of melatonin needed to act as a natural sleep aid. If you are also struggling with a subjective feeling of jet lag, which can occur when travelling or working shifts, for example, our spray can also provide effective support.

Natural sleep aid – without habituation

The advantage of the body's own hormone melatonin over conventional sleeping pills is that it does not sedate, but serves solely as a carrier of information so that your body relaxes and you can fall asleep. It is neither addictive nor does it cause a habituation effect.

If you start the day with enough sleep and are therefore fit, you can see significant improvements in your athletic performance in terms of speed, accuracy and reaction time. Your mental well-being is also better when you have had enough rest. 4

Keep in mind:To get the most out of taking the medication, you should make sure not to expose your eyes to blue light for too long. Turn off your cell phone and TV!

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. Not suitable for children. Pregnant women and nursing mothers should consult their doctor before taking.
